Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, and free on orders over $75.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, go out on the next working day. Most addresses receive their order within two to five working days of dispatch.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.
Returns
Unused equipment in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, mouthguards, socks and worn apparel cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
To start a return, email us with your order number and the items you wish to send back and we will reply with instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be asked to return a damaged item.
