Order support
Please include your order number. If an item arrived damaged, attach a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or refund without asking you to send it back.
Hours
We answer email Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. Messages sent at a weekend are picked up on the next working day.
