Ordering
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the facility the same day. Most United States addresses receive their order within two to five working days.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $75. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If the order has not shipped we can change or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Unused equipment in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons mouthguards, socks and worn apparel cannot be returned once opened.
Something arrived damaged.
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund it in full. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Do you offer team or bulk pricing?
Yes. Email us with the roster size and the items you need and we will send a quote.
What ball size should I buy?
Size 7 is the standard for mens and most adult play, size 6 for womens and intermediate leagues, and size 5 for younger players still building hand strength.
Are the weighted trainers suitable for youth players?
The two pound handling ball is fine for most teenage players. We would not put a weighted vest on an athlete who has not finished growing without a coach guiding the load.
